She was standing there talking to me and he walked up and put his arms around her. They stood like this for at least 5 minutes.
They fight more often than they used to. They have more to think about, more to bother them. But they are still best friends despite it all. I hope they are always this close.

This parenting gig can be very challenging. So, when my kids say ‘I love you’ to each other , or give each other hugs for no reason, I think that maybe I did something right.
